Glazed BBQ Fish Steaks
Ingredients:
- 2 x Regal Halibut, Swordfish or Tuna Steaks, defrosted
- 2 tbsps Butter
- 2 tbsps Brown Sugar
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tsps Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Method:
1) Preheat grill or light BBQ to a medium heat.
2) Place butter, brown sugar, garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, and pepper in a small saucepan. Warm over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar is completely dissolved.
3) Lightly oil the grill. Brush fish with brown sugar sauce and place on/under the grill. Cook for 5 minutes per side, or until fish can be easily flaked with a fork. Keep basting with sauce throughout cooking.
