Smoked Fish with Tortellini
Ingredients
454g (1lb) Regal Smoked Haddock or Cod Fillets, fresh or defrosted, skinned
1 x 250g pack spinach and ricotta tortellini
1 x 290g pack carbonara sauce
Black pepper
Method
s1) Cook the tortellini according to the packet instructions.
2) Gently heat the sauce in a pan, cube the fish and add to the sauce; cook for 4-6 minutes.
3) Drain the tortellini and add to the sauce and fish mixture.
4) Season and serve with salad and crusty bread.
