Baked Kippers

Ingredients



2 x Regal Smoked Kipper Fillets, fresh or defrosted

4 tbsp Soured cream

4 tbsp Milk

2 tbsp Breadcrumbs

1 tbsp Parsley, finely chopped

2 tbsp Butter



Method





1) Place the kipper fillets on a baking tray and spoon over the soured cream.



2) Add the milk and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and parsley. Dot with butter.



3) Bake at 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 for about 10 minutes.



4) Serve with mashed potatoes and fried mushrooms.

Serves: 2
