Spicy Baked Crevettes
Ingredients
500g Regal Crevettes, defrosted, peeled & de-veined
½ cup olive oil
2 tbsp Cajun or creole seasoning
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp soy sauce
Pinch of cayenne pepper
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbsp honey
Method
1) Combine all ingredients and place into a shallow dish.
2) Add the crevettes and toss to coat. Refrigerate for one hour.
3) Preheat oven to 200C/400F/Gas Mark 6 and bake until crevettes are warmed through, stirring occasionally.
4) Garnish with lemon wedges and serve with crusty French bread.
