Dover Sole Casserole
Ingredients
1Kg Regal Dover Sole, quartered, fresh or defrosted
200g Regal Superior Prawns, defrosted
1 can ready prepared prawn soup or bisque
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tsp lemon juice
3 tbsps dry white wine
Salt & pepper
Method
1) Lay Dover sole in an ovenproof dish.
2) Combine remaining ingredients and pour over sole.
3) Bake 40 minutes at 180C/350F/Gas Mark 4.
4) Serve with seasonal vegetables.
