Tuna Loin Salad
Ingredients
2 x Regal Tuna Steaks, fresh or defrosted
Extra virgin olive oil
Fresh lemon juice
Black pepper
Minced garlic to taste
Method
Whisk together the marinade and place the loin steak in with the marinade.
Pop in the fridge for as long as you like (1hr upwards)
Prepare green leaf salad with some chopped new potatoes
Chop 2 red onions finely
Drain tuna from marinade and retain
Put tuna on a griddle pan or pan fry for 2-3 minutes on each side
Put chopped onions in the saucepan and cook in the marinade till lightly golden. Pour over salad straight from the pan and serve with the tuna steaks.
