Glazed BBQ Fish Steaks
Ingredients
2 x Regal Halibut, Swordfish or Tuna steaks, defrosted
2 tbsps Butter
2 tbsps Brown sugar
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tsps Soy sauce
1/2 tsp Ground black pepperMethod
1) Preheat grill or light BBQ to a medium heat.
2) Place butter, brown sugar, garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, and pepper in a small saucepan. Warm over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar is completely dissolved.
3) Lightly oil the grill. Brush fish with brown sugar sauce, and place on grill. Cook for 5 minutes per side, or until fish can be easily flaked with a fork. Keep basting with sauce throughout cooking.
