Tuna Kebabs
681g (1.5lb) Regal Frozen Tuna Loin Steaks, defrostedGood quality olive oil
454g (1lb) cherry tomatoes or firm button mushrooms
Bay leaves
Pinch of salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1) Cut tuna into 2.5cm cubes
2) Thread cubes of tuna onto six skewers, placing a tomato or mushroom on one side of the fish and a bay leaf on the other.
3) Season with salt and pepper, brush with olive oil and BBQ for 10 minutes, turning and basting with oil to ensure even cooking.
