Spicy Catfish

700g Regal Catfish Fillets, fresh or defrosted

4 tbsp Hot pepper sauce

4 tbsp Dijon Mustard

Plain Flour



1) Skin and bone the fillets and cut into small thin pieces.

2) Mix together the hot sauce with the mustard and dip strips into this mixture. Leave to marinate for 2 - 4 hours.

3) Dip in plain flour and fry in hot oil until brown.

Serves: 4
