Quick Fix Salmon

Ingredients



4 x Regal Scottish Salmon Steaks, fresh or defrosted

Mayonnaise

Ketchup

4 strips bacon, cut in 1" pieces

1/2 onion, finely minced

Method



1) Line a baking tray with tin foil and lay the steaks on top.

2) Cover the steaks with a thick layer of mayonnaise.

3) Cover the mayonnaise with a very thin layer of ketchup.

4) Sprinkle minced onion over each serving and divide the bacon evenly over the fish.

5) Bake at 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 for 20-25 minutes.

Serves: 4
