Baked Honeyed Salmon
2 x 200g portions of Regal Scottish Salmon Fillet, fresh or defrosted4 tsp Runny honey
Juice of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lime
Sea salt
Mixed peppercorns
2 tbsps White wine
Method
1) Place each salmon fillet piece on a square of tin foil.
2) Drizzle the salmon with honey and lemon & lime juice.
3) Season with sea salt and peppercorns and pour a little white wine into the foil and wrap the sides of the foil around each salmon portion to make a parcel.
4) Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.
