Halibut With Oranges
Ingredients
2 x Regal Halibut Fillets, fresh or defrosted
6 Oranges, peeled and quartered
4 tbsps Butter
½ Onion, finely chopped
Salt & pepper
Method
1) Place the fillets in an ovenproof dish.
2) Sprinkle the oranges and onions over the fillets and dot the fillets with the butter.
3) Season with salt and pepper and bake at 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 for 20 minutes.
