Special Offers - Traditional Sales:

1. Offer applies to existing customers who use our Traditional FREE delivery service via our own vans.  For details of this service click here.  Offer does not apply to  customers who order online.
2. £25 will be credited to your Regal account once your first recommended customer receives their first order.  A further £35 will be credited to your account (once an order has been placed) for any further new customers you recommend to our service
3. To receive the £25/£35 credit you must supply the telephone number of your recommended new customer. If your recommended customer remains un-contactable, the credit will not be awarded.
4. Due to geographical restrictions, it may, in some cases, not be possible to deliver to your recommended customer. In this situation we regret that the £25 credit will not be given. Should your recommended customer wish to take advantage of our courier delivery service, you will be credited with £25 once they receive their first order. Courier deliveries will charged at £3.50 for orders between £30 and £65 and will be FREE for orders over £65.  Any customers receiving courier deliveries via recommend a friend will be called on a 10 weekly cycle for subsequent orders. The minimum order value for a subsidised courier delivery is £30. 
5. In order to qualify for the £25/£35 credit, the address supplied must be different to that of your own.
6. You must spend the £25/£35 credit in one order. Any balance remaining will not be carried over. The only exception will be if you have received a number of £25/£35 credits, whereas you may use these credits in multiples of £25/£35 throughout the year.
7. You may recommend as many new customers as you wish. You will receive £25 credit for your first customer once they receive a delivery. Any subsequent recommends will recieve a £35 credit once they recieve a delivery. All applications must be applied for in writing.
8. Please check with the person prior to recommending them that they are happy for us to have their details. In the case where 2 persons recommend the same new customers the £25/£35 credit will be given to whoever recommended first.
9. Please note that it will take a minimum of 2 weeks for the £25/£35 to be credited to your account following your recommended friends delivery. Should your delivery follow shortly after your friends than this credit may not be available. Under such circumstance your £25/£35 credit will be available for your subsequent delivery. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
10. In the instance that a recommended friend has previously been a customer with Regal (within the past year); the £25/£35 credit will not be awarded.
