PAYMENT
Minimum order requirement for sales via Regal Traditional is just £13.50.
Payment must be made on delivery of the goods by cash, cheque, credit or debit card. (Most major credit and debit cards accepted. Our sales representatives will request your choice of payment method when placing your order. Payments made by charge card will normally be processed the day following order delivery.
In the event that our delivery driver leaves your order without payment being made, we request that payement is received at our offices within 7 working days of the deiivery.
DELIVERY
Orders qualifying for our FREE delivery service will be delivered on the specified day between the hours of 2pm and 8pm. Times may be requested with a “window” of no less than 2 hours i.e. between 3 pm-5pm. Delivery times may be affected by unforeseeable circumstances such as road works/vehicle breakdown, in which case you will be updated with a new approximate delivery time
Your order should reach you in perfect condition. Please check your order on receipt and ensure that all perishable items are stored appropriately as soon as possible. All fresh products are suitable for home freezing and we recommend that this be carried out on day of delivery.
Under certain circumstances our drivers are instructed to leave orders at a customers premises. We request that customers inform the sales representative, at point of ordering, of an acceptable place to leave the order in the event that no one is present to accept delivery. If the customer does not wish to take advantage of this service, please inform the sales representative at the time of placing your order.
YOUR ORDER
Should products become unavailable prior to your delivery, we will make every attempt to inform you of the situation and offer a suitable replacement if possible
