ORDERING

Acceptance of order is conditional on the availability of the products you have ordered. All items are subject to stock availability. If any of the products you have ordered are unavailable we will inform you immediately that we are aware and offer an alternative product or a reimbusement of the value of the goods as preferred..

Order amendments and cancellations must be made within 24 hours of ordering.

PAYMENT

We use a secure online order form for all purchases made via the website. All data transmitted via this form including credit and debit card details is 128 bit encrypted to secure transmission.

Payment is by credit or debit card on our website and can be made using the following credit and debit cards – VISA, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Solo, Switch or Maestro.

Your order will be acknowledged immediately by email. Please note that this is acknowledgement of your order and not confirmation or acceptance.

Once your order has been checked and accepted you will receive a further email confirming acceptance pending payment.

Payments will be processed 48 hours prior to dispatch of your goods at which point an invoice will be emailed. This confirms dispatch of your order. We will contact you immediately by email of any payment problems that may prevent order dispatch.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

In order for us to process your order we collect personally identifiable information relating to you including your name, address, telephone number, email address and credit/debit card details.

We will only use your personal information for the purpose for which you provide it to us including response to enquires, handling orders, delivering items, processing payments, communication to you with regard to order, products, services and promotional offers. We will not pass on any details about you to any person not directly employed by us, unless required to do so by law except for our online payment administrator to enable your payments to be processed and delivery details to our designated courier. Customers will be offered the option of receiving an email via the courier informing them of imminent dispatch of goods in which case email details will be supplied to the courier.

PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS

Promotional material – if you have consented to receive promotional material but no longer wish to receive it, please use the unsubscribe link within the email.

CALL MONITORING

Telephone calls to Regal Fish Supplies Ltd may be recorded for quality monitoring purposes.

DELIVERY

Your order should reach you in perfect condition. We recommend that you inspect packages at point of delivery for transit damage - any damage should be brought to the attention of the courier prior to acceptance. To ensure that products arrive in perfect condition and to ensure quality, orders are delivered by next-day courier service. Packaging conditions are such that contents will be maintained at the correct temperature for a minimum of 24 hours following despatch. Dry ice is used for frozen products and packages will indicate this. Ice packs are used for fresh products.

Deliveries are made on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of each week (except for Bank and public holidays where arrangement details will be posted on the site).Orders may be placed in advance for any future Wednesday, Thursday or Friday delivery. We require a minimum order period prior to the requested delivery date to process the order as detailed below. Orders required for delivery Thursday or Friday must be placed by 17.00 on the Monday of the same week or earlier. For a Wednesday delivery we request that orders are placed by 09.00 on the nearest Monday or earlier. See below for details of our delivery schedule.

For orders under £35.00 our standard delivery charge is £8.95.

For orders of value greater than £35.00 our charge is £6.95.

Before 12 noon delivery is available at a cost of £13.95 for orders under £35.00 and £11.95 for orders over £35.00.

Delivery charges are for one delivery to one mainland United Kingdom address but due to the perishable nature of the products unfortunately excludes the following post code areas:

Delivery is made by our selected courier service between the hours of 09.00 and 17.00. Please note that we are unable to specify an exact delivery time nor are we able to track the exact location of your order during the day of delivery.

Please note it is not possible to give multiple alternatives for the delivery address. We will not be held responsible for delays arising from the inaccuracy of the delivery address.

If no special instructions are added during the delivery details screen of the order process, as the customer, you are agreeing to sign for the delivery.

No consignments can be returned to the carrier depot and the carrier is instructed to leave the consignment at the delivery address. We strongly recommend that you indicate a safe place where the delivery can be left in the event that you are unable to be present to receive the goods.

Risk of damage or loss of goods including deterioration of fresh foods passes to you on delivery on all goods including those left in a place designated by the customer and those left by the courier in the event that no one is present to receive the goods and the customer has made no alternative instructions available.

In the event of non-delivery please contact us as soon as possible on 08453893973. Our office is open from 09.00 to 20.45 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 – 19.45 on Friday.

IMPORTANT – PERISHABLE ITEMS MUST BE UNPACKED ON RECEIPT AND PLACED IN A REFRIGERATOR IN THE CASE OF FRESH PRODUCE OR THE FREEZER FOR FROZEN PRODUCTS. ALL FRESH PRODUCTS MAY BE FROZEN AND WE RECOMMEND THAT THIS BE DONE ON THE DAY OF RECEIPT.

It is your responsibility to check your order carefully on receipt of goods. In the unlikely event of orders being found unsatisfactory, damaged or incomplete, you should accept delivery and contact us as soon as possible.
