"Being offered the chance to purchase fresh fish at our doorstep seemed like a very good idea. Your offer of quality, freshness, competitive prices and reliability did seem a little too good to be true though. Well you have proved us wrong. As promised by your sales representative, our order arrived on time and the condition and quality of the produce came above expectation. As a former but fully qualified chef I can still spot good quality from poor. We have now cooked and eaten several items from our order and have been very impressed. Well done Regal. Mrs Howell from York called in to tell us that she was delighted with the fish that had been delivered to her. She has been a customer for quite some time and has always been happy with the fish.

My husband, who's 65th party it was, was so busy entertaining he missed out. Just no pleasing some people! Mrs Cleaves from Shropshire has been a customer with us for over 2 years and wrote in to say;

I have always been impressed with the way your business is run and was not surprised by your helpful and efficient reaction. "This is just a word of thanks and congratulations for the excellent services you provide. It's several years since your salesman first called on me and because fresh fish is not available in our few local shops and it is miles to the supermarket, I was tempted! I've never regretted it; the fish is excellent, your call centre staff always friendly and helpful and until today, delivery has always been within a few minutes of the promised time. Today, your driver phoned me to say he had been held up on the motorway and could not possibly get here by 4 o'clock. He actually arrived before 4.30pm and the fish was in my freezer within a few minutes - my thanks again."

Mrs Millward of Rainworth has been with us for over 6 years and e-mailed in to say;

Mrs Maltby from Surrey who has been a customer with us since 2004 called in upon receipt of her delivery to say she was highly delighted with the service and was very impressed with what she had received. She said the fish "looked beautiful" and wanted to place another order straight away!!

Mr Daughtree from Malvern who has been with us since 2003 and called in to say how delighted he was with the products and delivery. He said we are a lot cheaper than his usual supplier and is very impressed with his deliveries so far.

Mrs Dewes from Tamworth has been a customer for over 4 years and called in to comment on her recent delivery. She reported that the driver had packed her fish beautifully into the cool box she had left. She was very happy with the driver and wanted him to know.
