Plaice (45 %), breadcrumbs (containing pepper, citric acid, flavour enhancer E621, sugar, salt, flavouring, dried pepper, vegetable oil, malic acid, herbs), batter (water, wheatflour, starch, salt), rapeseed oil

Serving Suggestion:
For best results cook from frozen - oven bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes at 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6. Can be deep fried.
