Serving Suggestion:
Defrost; skin the fish and cut into 1.5cm strips, sprinkle with lemon juice, season and leave for 30 mins. Divide the fish between 4 buttered pieces of foil and top with thinly sliced mushrooms and herbs. Seal the foil parcels and bake at 200C for 20 mins. Serve foil wrapped to retain the juices.
