Ingredients:
Cod Loin 80%, Water as protective glaze 20%
Serving Suggestion:
Defrost the cod then rinse and dry. Sprinkle with lemon juice, season and leave for 15 mins. Mix one clove of chopped garlic with olive oil and coat each loin with the marinade. Place in an ovenproof dish, dot with butter and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 for 15-20 mins basting with the marinade until the fish is firm and flaky.
