Serving Suggestion:
Score the fish on both sides and lay on foil. Coat with a mixture of chopped spring onions, chopped garlic, ginger, soy sauce, salt, sugar and olive oil. Bake @ 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 for 25-30 mins.
