Serving Suggestion:
Very versatile fish - try cutting into strips and pan frying adding balsamic glaze to the pan just before serving to glaze the pieces - serve over stir fry veg and rice or noodles. Also perfect with Japanese style sauces such as Teriyaki or Chinese sweet and sour - again pan fry the strips and add the sauce to coat, heat through and serve with your chosen accompaniment. For a low fat meal try a fish parcel - simply place a piece of the fish onto a foil square and top with a selection of julienne vegetables eg carrots, courgette, celery, peppers, add a splash of white wine or lemon juice and season o taste. Seal the foil over the fish and bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for 15-20 minutes until the fish is cooked through. Serve with seasonal vegetables or salad.
