Serving Suggestion:
For best results thaw Scampi for 2 - 4 hours at room temperature. Scampi are then ready to cook.Marinade in lemon juice, salt, pepper, thyme and bayleaf. Thread onto skewers with mushrooms and shallots and grill for 6-8 minutes.
