Swordfish (90%), Water as protective ice glaze (10%)

Serving Suggestion:
Defrost; marinade for 10 minutes in olive oil and lemon juice. Pat dry, season and griddle for 2-3 minutes each side. Serve with a fresh rocket salad dressed with olive oil and shaved Parmesan.
