Serving Suggestion:
Defrost and clean the fish, gut if desired. Sprinkle dried fennel into a shallow dish and place the fish on top. Peel 2 oranges and cut into rounds reserving any juice. Surround and cover the fish with slices of orange and any reserved juices. Season and sprinkle with a touch of fennel. Dot with butter and bake at 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 for around 25 mins or until cooked.
