Excellent quality and many customers prefer their delicious taste to fresh. These fillets are supplied skin on and may have some bones present. These are an excellent alternative when fresh is not in season.

Ingredients:
Glaze 20 +/- 5%

Serving Suggestion:
Defrost and cut 4 fillets into quarters; place in a shallow dish. Melt 25g butter in a pan, stir in 3tbsp flour, cook gently for 1 min, stirring. Remove from heat, stir in 300ml milk & bring to boil until sauce thickens, add 75g of crumbled Stilton. Whisk until smooth. Pour over the fish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake at 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 for 15-20 mins.
