Ingredients:
Glaze 20 +/- 5%

Serving Suggestion:
Thaw the fillets and skin. Gently fry 1 finely chopped onion in olive oil, mix in breadcrumbs, herbs, lemon zest and chopped prawns (or scallops). Spread the mixture onto the fillets and roll up; secure with cocktail sticks, brush with oil and add half a cup full of white wine. Bake at 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 for 8-10 minutes. Add cream to any remaining liquid and use as a sauce.
