Serving Suggestion:
Lay fillets in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley and breadcrumbs. Bake for 15 minutes @ 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 or until cooked through.
