Only select fillets smoked using an age old traditional method which produces the most delicate of flavours. Yellow dyed using tartrazine with the bones removed for your convenience. Whilst we can skin fillets, we do not recommend that you request for this product to be skinned during the summer months (May to September) as this may effect the product quality.

Serving Suggestion:
Try adding the cooked flaked fish to a thick white sauce and use to fill pancakes. Sprinkle with cheese and grill until heated through and the cheese is bubbling - serve with salad leaves and a tomato salad.
