Choice fillets of haddock, naturally smoked with the bones removed for your convenience. Whilst we can skin fillets, we do not recommend that you request for this product to be skinned during the summer months (May to September) as this may effect the product quality.

Serving Suggestion:
Preheat the oven to 180°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5. Skin the fish and cube. Peel 3 potatoes and slice them thinly. Put layers of fish and potato in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle each layer with salt, pepper, chopped onion and breadcrumbs. Beat 2 eggs into 450ml of milk and pour over (cream can be added if desired). Dot with butter and bake for 1 hour and serve with a fresh green salad.
