Choice fillets of haddock, supplied naturally smoked. Whilst we can skin fillets; we do not recommend that you request for this product to be skinned during the summer months (May to September) as this may effect the product quality.

Serving Suggestion:
Fry onions and mushrooms in butter. Add flour, milk & lemon juice to produce a thick sauce. Skin and cube the fish and add; heat through until cooked. Pile the mixture into a dish and top with grated cheese. Grill for 2 minutes and serve with a selection of vegetables.
