Ingredients:
Atlantic Salmon, Salt, Sugar, Smoke
Serving Suggestion:
Cut 227g salmon into very thin strips. Melt butter in a frying pan and put in half the strips until cooked through. In a bowl beat 6 large eggs, pour in with the salmon and keep stirring until the mixture turns crumbly. Add chopped chives and the remaining smoked salmon and stir. Serve on granary toast and season.
