Serving Suggestion:
Make a delicious sauce to serve with pasta - fry sliced shallots and cubed bacon for 5 minutes, add 250ml of double cream and mix through. Remove from the heat and flake in the smoked salmon. Serve stirred through hot pasta and garnished with freshly grated parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
