Farmed using an Environmental Management System by a producer approved by Freedom Foods (a scheme set up by the RSPCA to improve standards of animal welfare.); these pale coloured fillets are supplied boned and vaccum packed for your convenience. Minimum 10 portions per 2 kilo pack. The salmon is hand fed, contributing to lower fat levels. Their feed is made up from a minimum 50% of by products from wild fish caught for human consumption.

Serving Suggestion:
Remove from packaging and microwave from frozen for 3-4 mins. Alternatively defrost and wrap in foil and oven bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through @ 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 May be defrosted and grilled for 10-12 mins (Cooking times based on 200g portion - reduce time for smaller portions)
