Serving Suggestion:
Preheat the oven to 220°C/425°F/Gas Mark 7. Lay salmon fillet onto baking parchment, scatter with carrot, courgette and spring onion sticks; add a squeeze of lime. Add a tbsp of Teriyaki marinade and 1/4 tsp grated fresh root ginger. Fold to form a parcel and cook for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with wild rice
