Top quality Regal haddock with the skin and bones removed for your convenience.The fillets will arrive with no skin and a V shape cut into the shoulder of the fillet where the bone line has been removed. This product is slightly more expensive due to extra weight being added to the pack to compensate for the weight loss.

Serving Suggestion:
Melt butter in a saucepan and fry chopped onions until soft. Stir in flour and heat gently for 1 min, stirring. Remove from heat and stir in 300ml of milk and 45ml dry white wine. Bring to boil slowly, stirring until sauce thickens. Remove pan from heat and add 50g grated cheese and 200g of Regal Superior Prawns. Place fish in shallow dish, spoon over the sauce, sprinkle with further cheese and bake at 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 for 30 mins.
