Top quality Regal haddock with the bones removed.The fillets will arrive with a V shape cut in the shoulder of the fillet where the bone line has been removed. Boned haddock is slightly more expensive due to extra weight being added to the pack to compensate for the weight loss during the boning process.

Use by (fresh): 2-3days @ 5°C

Use by (frozen): Upto 3 months


Serving Suggestion:
Heat butter in a frying pan and cook the fish on both sides for 2-3 mins. Add 4 tbsps lemon juice, salt & pepper and cook for 3-4 mins. Remove the fish and pour cream into the pan with mustard and Worcester sauce, mix well and warm through. Pour over the fish and serve.
