Use by (fresh): 2-3days @ 5°C

Use by (frozen): Upto 3 months


Serving Suggestion:
Skin and cube the fish and spread in an even layer in a shallow dish, top with tomatoes and mushrooms. Pour over 125ml of dry cider and season. Mix together parsley, grated cheese and breadcrumbs and scatter over the fish. Bake at 200°C/400°C/Gas Mark 6 for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
