Serving Suggestion:
Lay the fillets into a shallow ovenproof dish and cover with a ready prepared tomato pasta sauce and cook in the oven for 25 minutes at 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5. Remove from the oven, cover with Mozzarella cheese slices and return to the oven until the cheese melts.
